Highly recommend Heysen from Water Tank Rescue! He recently cleaned out the sand sediment from our large 18,000L concrete reservoir tank and did a phenomenal job.

It was a highly delicate, high-stakes task given the recent heavy rains and a high water table, but Heysen was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and understood our specific setup perfectly. He provided a very quick turnaround with zero hassle.

The tank at our new house was a nightmare. Strainer was left off and roof had a heavy build up in gutters. I considered myself very competent but had to put it in the too hard basket. At last a small business that delivers above expectations. Heysen is a very personable young man who gave us a courtesy text advising that he would be half an hour after the scheduled arrival time.
After the formalities of greeting and identifying access points for the task, Heysen got to work very efficiently and wasted no time as he scampered from tank to truck and various items of equipment/tool/device for the gutter and tank clean.
Bonus love from us for his quick pressure clean of a square metre of our patio pavers that had existing foliage stains.
His pack up and clean up was much appreciated and the only evidence of his dirty toil/task was positive as he left the hard surface of the driveway and patio pavers swept clean.
